Security Organization, Structures and Procedures Existing security arrangements are examined and recommendations offered for improvement and any supporting training. We assist where required with the implementation of accepted recommendations and monitor progress.

The Management of Crisis Response Workshops and training programmes are devised and run with the object of stimulating awareness of the issues involved in the corporate management of crisis situations and management responsibilities and conduct in such situations.

Programmes are currently operated at 'Advanced' (Board) and 'Introductory' (Senior Mangement) levels, but programmes can be developed to meet your specific training requirement. A media-training module can be incorporated for those who may have responsibility for dealing with the media in such situations.
