| The background of Hansard's senior management
purposely includes both government and commercial sector security industry
experience. They have developed Hansard's services through policies that
combine tight operational service management and customer oriented service
improvements.
Hansard Security Officers are overseen by our experienced Operations Manager for Manned Guarding Services. Our Special Projects Manager provides effective client service liaison with all consultants and other members of the Hansard Operations Team as appropriate to client's needs. As a new customer, you will have access to our Operations Manager or Special Projects Manager. They will put you in touch with either one of our Specialist Consultants, or the appropriate Customer Service Manager. In certain cases a follow up visit from our marketing team may be necessary. |
